Cookies
Some cookies are needed for the site to work. Others, such as analytics cookies, are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Who we share data with
We don't sell or rent personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and business:
- Hosting: LH.pl (Poland, EU)
- Website platform: WordPress with Elementor
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4
Some of these may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Contact enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months
- Client records and invoices: as long as Maltese tax law requires
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
- Analytics: [RETENTION, e.g. 14 months]
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link.
To use any of these rights, write to [EMAIL]. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt). We'd appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to client files and email is limited to us and protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No method of transfer or storage is fully secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
Articles link to other websites, including LinkedIn and X. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you.
