Working in a small market
Whatever the industry, the measurement problem is the same: heavy ad spend, seasonal demand, and platform numbers that overstate results. Small samples make it worse. A test that settles a question in a week elsewhere takes a quarter here, so the design has to be right before it starts.
We work with companies of any size. A five-person ecommerce business with a Stripe account is as workable as a licensed operator with a data team. What changes is the scope, not whether the question can be answered. Our deepest experience is in iGaming and financial services.

Common questions
Do we need a data team already?
No. If you have customers and a payment processor, there is enough to work with. Most of the businesses we help have their data spread across an ad platform, a payment provider and a few spreadsheets.
How long does a project take?
A measurement project is usually two to three weeks. A dashboard build depends on how many sources it connects to. Experiments take longer in Malta than elsewhere because the samples are smaller, which is why the design matters more than the speed.
What does it cost?
Every project is quoted after a scoping conversation. You get scope, timeline and a fixed price by email before anything starts. No hourly billing and no open-ended retainers unless you ask for one.
Do you work with companies outside Malta?
Yes. We are based in Malta and work with clients across Europe. Remote delivery is normal for this kind of work, and on-site days can be arranged where they help.
Which tools do you work in?
Python and SQL for the analysis, Power BI for reporting. If you already run Looker, Metabase or Tableau, we work in what you have rather than moving you.
